Janice,

Welcome from the CSHK thread. Are you here to bash this stock also. Since you admittedly know nothing about oil & gas, what brings you here?

Regards,

Bob

You know.....I keep reading about insider information...and so, I'd like some help on this please. I'm not really sure exactly what insider information is.

I mean, obviously, it's information known to insiders....but what constitutes what makes it illegal? Is it just people knowing or guessing about it, or is it making trades based on it?

I'll never forget eating breakfast at a restaurant one time and a drunk came over to me and began telling me to buy a stock. I wasn't in the stock market at that time...but he told me some information about a company that would only be known to insiders...and by golly, IT CAME TRUE!!!! Now how in the heck did that drunk get hold of that?

I don't know. One can never stop people from gossiping or talking. I mean, the secretaries, for example, have to get reports ready. Now they can mention something to the local grocer. Word spreads. People buy or sell based on the RUMORS that they hear.

Now if the rumor turns out to be true....do those people stand a chance of getting in trouble because they bought from insider info?

I'm just not clear on all this. So, I'm hoping that somebody knowledgeable can help me out.

Thanks! Juanita

Janice, you've been bashing me for weeks now... isn't it time to stop... I read what you write about me on the other threads... please
don't think of trashing this thread like you did CSHK.. I only
share what facts/rumors I have heard.. I don't knowingly share/trade on insider info.

I'm not the CEO of CSHK nor am I working out of a jail cell as you
all accused me of...

I just have no respect for people like you... you even accused me
of fully supporting SYCR ... that's NOT true and SYCR was NEVER mentioned in my newsletter.. why don't you go tell TOKYOMEK what you
think of him pumping/dumping SYCR.. as that stock soared recently due
to him and came right back down in 2 days. Just getting sick of you.
Nuff said.

jim (would have posted this privately but you always post my private
msgs public.. which again is pretty crappy)

Gee whiz Janice I hope you didn't put any money in this stock...ÿ You could stand a good chance of making more... God forbid that ever happening to you or anyone in the stock market...ÿ

Jim has done some excellent DD on this stock and many other winners... Just because some people didn't get in at the beginning doesn't make him a hyper, it makes the others watchersÿ instead of movers...ÿ As Jim said ENOUGH SAID>>.ÿÿ Good luck to ya now...
