Vicki, Great work! Bought in to RMGG about three weeks ago, didn't know the tie-in with Biofarm and Litchfield. I have some of the same questions as Coop (hopefully he'll get a response to his e-mail with some answers), specifically, does Litchfield currently have controlling interest in RMGG (imagine they already do through issuance of stock to Litchfield in exchange for the financing), and when RMGG is merged into Biofarm, how will this affect RMGG shareholders (share exchange?). Good news is that very soon it looks like the Biofarm/Global/RMGG combination will be leaving the bulletin board very soon. NMS, by the way, is National Market System. Gator
