Sidgemenore lends a great degree of credibility to what would otherwise, to some, appear to be a wheeler-dealer-run-amuck series of acquisition escapades throughout the better part of a decade. One would think that WCOM would hold on to Sidge and UU at all costs, since he elevates the WAN game to the levels that the digerati, and astute investors of a like mind, could relate to. Otherwise, it could simply be construed by some to be just (with some exceptions) a lot of old silica, patched-up back offices, and soon-to-be outdated / upgraded boxes they've acquired. Even the new shiny wares, in relative terms, that MFS and BKFT bring to the table are going to have a hard time upgrading to the new IP model.

Those are just my opinions, as well.
