RB Do you like Schwartz & Company?I guess they knew about Meyerson and or figured they wouldn't be long anyway.I think that was nice but I don't see any relationship to FTEL and or the percieved value of the stock. Many people here must have blown another gasket because what I said was it would be nice to see a couple officers and other major company officials take a couple million shares off the market till we get listed, and not dilute the company any further till we get listed,I don't think that is as far fetched and or out of the ordinary as some think.Higher book does not mean higher price but reduced dilution almost always does,Not a company buyback.I assume Frank, Magruder are worth a couple mill each and could do this fairly easily. In any event till I can sell my shares of FNET they are not worth very much to me,unless of course FNET starts making money,But then that may be seen as a negative on FTEL and probably not increase FTELs price. The best deal of course would be to give a equity
position equal to the ftel shares and then register FNET as a real company on nasd and then who would be making money,As it is structured now FTEL people own no FNET and will not likely benifit directly from FNET revenue.I think that has already happened. Thus the resultant fall in price and interest. The fact that the subsidary that is not traded is going to make money while the parent is not usually pans out.Case in point Commador Enviromental and or the Chromic Companies,or the food companies of Sara Lee,Also This is really the one and only point I would like to make,IF I owned 100,000 shares of FNET and I figured it was worth 2 bucks how can I sell IT,And when????????????????
