I agree, serious money is driving this company now. I am not sure that george knew about the reverse when you originally put this out. Also, I think your comment about George not having any authority is not correct. This company has many different parts. I believe that George is still President and responsible for the media part of the company including the magazine, NYC Club, the movie business being pursued and various books to be coming out. George has an extensive publishing background and could do some positive things with this part of Megaworld's business.

The fact that the magazine was late wasn't George's fault, I don't think, it was the fault of too many promoters that promised financial help but never came through; this company has lost more than 10 months due to promoters making promises that never came to fruition. The new company recognizes this and are working hard to form a new company with new products that will really put this company on the map.
