Something to think about:

Own: 4 MIDLP May 29,1998.
3:2 forward split May 29,1998
Now own: 6 MIDLP
3:2 forward split May 29,1999 (or sooner)
Now own: 9 MIDLP

That would be cool!!!!!!

Kurt,
Excellent post as to WHY the P's need to be held.. It should help to clear the air a bit. Wait until the W and common float is used up. No more shorters.. We win BIG!!!!

Glad to see we are on the same wave length. However one note of interest. With the 9M warrants exercised then the float of the common is going to go to the sum of the 2.5M out there now plus the total warrants exercised. Now I do not think all the warrants will get exercised so there is really no way of knowing what the ffloat of the common will be.. Only way is worse case senario. 2.5M + 9M - 11.5M after the warrant conversion.

Now IF and I say IF we let the P convert then add another 8.4M to the common which would be 20M then. I hope everyone sees the not converting the P is such a wonderful financial move.

Kurt,
I agree with Your opinion regarding the bigger picture. My only goal is to defeat the notion of postponing the conversion clause forever. I think it's a nutty iudea ultimately and we would shoot ourselves in the foot if we are getting ourselves rid of that possibility ultimately. You are right let's first have the warrants converted and also the "B" preferred shareholders if possible, let's first try to get to NASDAQ. But don't rule out a converision at all - that's the source MIDLP derives its valuation from. I want my investment to THRIVE not to hit the ground.
Without the conversion option at any time in the future the value of MIDLP would be SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED.
