Why do you think the stock has gone so low? How can a stock with earnings of $.1085 (or better) be trading at $.21? I'm going to make some guesses here: o I believe the primary reason is because FAMH has been promising the release of audited financials since March and they are still not released, compounded by an actual news release stating they would be on EDGAR, what was it?, May 20. Hard to invest in a company when you don't know what it's net earnings are. Continually making promises and not keeping them doesn't tend to instill investor confidence. I was so mad after last Thursday's CC that I felt like throwing the phone against the wall. If FAMH comes through with one thing in a timely fashion it will be "one in a row!" o Announcement of 70 million shares outstanding with 28 million in the float...no wait, correct that 24 million in the float the next day per a fax from Arif to, I believe, Leroy. This announcement was right out of left field...no from Jupiter. o Atrix deal didn't happen. By the way, just because a company trades on the NASDQ doesn't guarantee that the stock price will go up. Remember IDID? It was trading at $0.03 about six months before the big run up that caused a NASD investigation and it's ultimate de-listing. There they are, the three biggest reasons I think the stock has declined to $0.21 per share. No excuses...stark reality. Further, I don't think the INTHEFLESH, ira monas, Arif Adam posts on S.I. did anything to warm the hearts of most out there. Nothing like a little uncertainty and innuendo to instill doubt. WHY DO YOU THINK THE STOCK HAS GONE SO LOW? I showed you the unvarnished truth as I see it. Now, tell me what you think. How do you think a small company like FAMH got Myriad if it was such a great deal? Surely some more established temporary services firms knew of this situation, why didn't they snatch up Myriad? I don't know. What do you think? I'd really like to know, and am, of course, assuming you will respond in a logical, reasoned way like I tried to do above WITHOUT any BS conjectures from Mars. Dave

Davey "Moe" Brown. The little mop-haired feller in Finance 1A who momentarily impressed his classmates with his deft ability to identify the source of a company's case study problem... As the term marched on it was his inability to see beyond a company's current condition and hypothecate any constructive courses of action that became apparent to the class. This revealed that young Davey, indeed, didn't have the creative talents to design change and ultimately benefit from the implemented solutions of any such real world issues.... Alas his life would be one of finding fault and blame, while his classmates rose to positions of success and power as they eagerly sought and founded plans to build value and happiness in both their lives and vocations.
