He gets the delay he wants and the US Supreme Court is less likely to expedite this type of an appeal (attorney-client vs. exec. privilege). Very Slick! JLA

Just shows what liars the Cliontonistas are. They will do anything to avoid the truth. Ain't it interesting that Slick has refused Starr's invitation to testify four times? Didn't he pledge cooperation in a speedy resolution?

Typical that Clinton would say one thing and act the opposite.

Starr should trump them and appeal Johnson's opinion himself - most legal observers say she gave the Clintons far too much.

Starr should also ask to Supremes to look at the entirety of Clinton's moves, all designed to frustrate the legal process and the American people, in making their decision.
