It's time for me to reveal my ignorance because I need some help interpreting this news. My understanding is that when a company is acquired, it's great news for the acquiree, but only good news for the acquirer. For example, when we were batting around the rumor that ADSK was acquiring NVXE, we all agreed this was great news for NVXE. For ADSK, the news would have been merely "good" as they would be the ones buying at the sweet price and taking the risk that their new adopted son was going to be a hit. Isn't that the situation that NVXE is in right now? This is "good" news for NVXE and "great" news for Duke Film Corp., right? Is there a spin doctor in the house? I have a gut feeling that I'm not viewing this news in the full glory that I ought to be, so veteran help would be very much appreciated. --Chris
