ROBIN ---CPQ call me to ensure that I would vote for the merger with DEC . I feel the DEC shareholder will not obtain a better offer in today's market ( 25 % to previous price ) . ROBIN I am curious what percentage is required for approval ? Maybe someone on the thread might be able to answer this question . BEST WISHES BILL

Looking at today's action shows me EVERYONE including CPQ is being hit by INTC's Merced delay. As stated in a previous post, the talking heads/analysts/investors are NOT thinkers nor extrapolators, SO...... Wouldn't it be "nice" for MSFT to issue some sort of statement about the "minimal" impact the Merced delay will cause. AND by-the-way mention the 64bit Alpha initiative ?? As well, DEC could issue a 64bit position and strategy statement (this of course will help CPQ). JBI (Just Being Innocent) Michael
