The "P's" dividend of 1 for every 2 does not take effect until Oct. 1, 1999. However the 35 shares of common for each "P" becomes effective Oct. 1, 1998 Did you really buy them without understanding this? Geese, man. This is the reason you will not see the P's trade at the value they should until we approach Oct.1, 1998. Then they should trade fully at 35 times the price of MIDL at that time. On Oct. 1, 1999, they should trade at their real value of 35 x 1.5 (i.e the divident amount) or 52.5 x the value of MIDL (i.e the common)
