CJ, the industry is gonna take USDI to new levels. The wireless industry is growing by enormous rates. USDI has key contracts with large companies and overseas now with EUTC DEAL. as well read the May 5th. press release. The Department of Defense is not exactly a small customer!

EuroTelecom Communications Inc. (EUTC),
of Delaware.

EUTC, with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Japan, is a major supplier of
information technology systems and networking infrastructures to telecommunications operators, systems
integrators, large and small corporations, financial institutions, governments, defense and intelligence
organizations. In 1997 EUTC's family of companies generated more than $14 million (unaudited) in revenues and
produced a pre-tax profit of $337,332 (unaudited). A cross section of EUTC's customers includes: U.S.
Department of Defense, UK Ministry of Defense, House of Commons, Luxembourg Stock Exchange, Phillips
Origin and major banks.

Speaking for USDI, Robert Wussler, chairman of the board commented, "EUTC is poised to become one of the
world's premier suppliers of intelligent systems. Its advance level intelligent capabilities nicely complement those
of our telecommunications subsidiary, Skysite, and will add enormously to the range of products and services that
we can provide our customers around the world."
