Thanks. I just called too and registered my complaint with Monica. I suggested them not to set a date for news release in the future since they have missed the dates so many times in the past. I understand that sometimes they just have to change the date, such as in the case of the "test". They had to change the date from April 20th to May 1st to accommodate Brazil officials. But they could have announced the test being on the end of April in the first place. It seems Howard cares more on getting things done (which is good) and doesn't care much about PR (missing date like this is very bad PR wise). I hope he realize that PR has to be handled more carefully in the future. yongzhi
