You make my point very well. Thank you.

These guys seem to be trading PR salvos. En face, the LNET action appears to be totally separate from the earlier ONCO filing. ONCO appears to be protecting its analog turf, while LNET protects its digital turf. Obviously ONCO sees the actions as being linked.

The reason I posted this article is because you imply that only the ONCO action is material. From the PR stuff, it would appear that things are a lot more complicated than you imply. In fact, I would venture that in the worst case that you posited: ONCO runs the table on LNET during August 1998 - LNET will appeal, and for a fraction of the $45 million you project as the cost, LNET can string this thing out for years.

Once again, although I can respect your need to keep confidential your sources, I must assume that your "knowledge" could be ignorance wrapped in secrecy.
