KW,

I disagree with your assumptions, but they are yours.

Good luck with your endeavors.

KW,
I was told that LNET suing ONCO and ONCO suing LNET is all a spying
game.ONCO wants to know and understand LNET technology and LNET wants to do the same. the lawsuits won't affect either one and
a logical ending is some type of outside the courts agreement by both
companies.Whoever tells you they know what the outcome of the lawsuits
is going to be is misleading you;the case is a closed doors case
and the companies and their lawyers are kept out.A panel hears arguments from both sides presented by the lawyers and that's it,the
rest is up to the judge and the panel of experts.
Even tough we all know that LNET's technology and market acceptance is
better than ONCO's there is plenty of room in this niche industry for
both companies to do very well over the next 2 years.
