I received the 1997 annual report yesterday, and found it interesting that the Earnings Per Share would be 'antidilutive' on a fully diluted basis. I cannot remember having seen another instance of this. Remembering back to my MBA days, I believe that this means that arriving at the fully diluted stage would actually increase the EPS. This would probably be from adding the 'revenue' from the exercise of some options. This could be why there is a vote at the AGM to change the pricing of the higher priced options.

Neil.

Mytec doesn't sell optical computers any more. That was the Zebra product. Touchstone is digital like all the other companies in the market.
