Ed, thanks for posting. I have a couple of comments. The technology issues are very exciting and all should be enthused. It would have been nice to see it described in a press release. However, I find the "takeover" discussion distressing and utter nonsense. If management really has control they shouldn't feel threatened to the point of posting that speculation. It just adds to the confusion and uncertainty, something always bad for stock price. Overall, the technical issues are substantive enough to have me just buy a little more stock. Thanks again for posting.

Thanks Ed,

I will feel really good about these latest developments when we have the following:

1. the number for the value of the head ore

2. receipts from refiners after they have processed the new product

Until then, I will have to settle for a warm fuzzy kind of feeling.

I do appreciate this latest attempt at communication by the company, although the "invent the wheel" anecdote was unusual. I get the feeling that Mr. Jensen really wants a JV deal to really expand the operation. Is expansion without a JV partner not feasable, or just that it would require too much time to generate the cash for expansion?

Tony

Ed,

That is a very amazing letter. There have been efforts to undermine the dirt companies for quite awhile. I hope GPGI will have much better success at subduing the effort than have the others. Although, I will add that Mr. Jensen's comment is out of line in suggesting that none of the other dirt companies have been successful in their efforts especially after announcing that they have switched to the same type of mining technology that Maxam has been working on perfecting for years.

I would love to see a major player come into the picture and make a bid that cannot be refused for the company because that would light a match under this entire sector. Keeping my fingers crossed for you guys.

Chuck

Thanks Ed. I will wait and see what the results of several shipments are before I put the smile on my face. What's another two or four months. Perhaps they have seen the light and looked at what the other dd's are doing and dropped the not invented here syndrome.

Regards,
Bob
