Gregg, It's always easy--for me--to say "this is it", i.e., now we're gonna have the shoot-out at the O.K. Corral and get this water torture over with. All the rival gangs with their alphabet soups of competing standards are headed for June 30th "final proposal required" deadline, and when it's over Ericy will either file Chapter 7 or the Mighty Q will.
Trouble is life rarely imitates Hollywood, so I may have got myself all pumped up for a climax that ain't happening. Would you please comment on the significance of the June 30 'deadline': is it just one more milestone along a battle that will play out over a multi-year time frame, or is the game afoot?
It appears to me that the market view of the Q at this juncture is at a state of maximum confusion--the spin-off plus the standards battle has got the crowd saying, nah--we'll check back in when the dust settles. To me, that is just the right time to play (see LOR) but before me and Doc Holliday head off in to the sunset with 6-shooters blazing, I thought I'd get a reality check if you would be so kind. Regards, Mike Doyle

Gregg,
I'm curious whether you think QC and ERICY will actually endup in court, whether ERICY might indeed have any claims to any CDMA IPR whatsoever?
