David

You must be a series "A" HOLDER NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINES MAY 29th 1998

The conversion date for "P" is Oct 1, 1998
The forward split is upon recept of the paper work 5- 10 business days it will be in your account.

The conversion of the warrants is NOW OR when the Common reaches
$2.50 for ten consecutive days, and YOU the stockholder receive WRITTEN NOTICE! After that point the company may call the warrants in.

Hope this answers your question.

Jeff

<< You are missing the point as well.... the only question is whether the DATE, the DATE, the DATE of conversion has changed from OCT. 1 1999 to now! >>

You are confused. Read the press release again (and again if you have to)

<<Can I get the dividend NOW or do I still have to wait until Oct. 1, 1999?>>

The dividend was and always has been payable on May 29th, 1998
The dividend is paid in MIDLP. The conversion refers to MIDLP converting to MIDL common on 10/99.

You are equating the conversion to the actual dividend. Its a 2 step process.
1-The dividend gets paid (5/29/98)
2-The dividend converts (10/99).

So yes the conversion date is changed to 10/98 (from 10/99) for all MIDLP (pre or post-split). But if you don't understand the above this won't make any sense.

Dude,
You seriously need to pull your head out of your a$$...
The dividend date is and always was the same -- May 29, 1998.
You are confusing the dividend date with the conversion dates. Go back and READ again because you are seeing something that no one else on earth is seeing.
Please quit posting this crap because it is very tiring to read...
The changes Arcon made, in reality, benefit shareholders more -- particularly those who intend on selling off sometime between now and October of THIS year.

What they said...

Check your definitions....there is a difference between the following:

1) Dividend - (This was paid 29 May 1998, and should appear in your account on or about 6/10/98)

2) Split - The process the company used to pay the dividend. This process allowed them to avoid the registration of yet another symbol, as would have been necessary with differenc conversion dates.

3) Conversion - What will happen (as it stands now) 10/98, when the "p" shares are converted to common, at a rate of 35:1.

With all due respect, I think you should look at the Trading 101 thread.
