J.R., I don't know the float or outstanding shares, but I've got a call into IR. I'll see what I can find out. Also, I'll try to find out when PRWT shares convert over to PanAmerican BanCorp. shares. --Chris

I received a return call from IR also. He said they issued 75 million initially and have warrants for another 14 million = 89 million. He also said that management owns the lion's share and that they estimate 22% to be in public hand's.....19.5 million. I LIKE IT!!! The merger will be share for share. with PRWT changing names to Pan American. Eventually, we may see a ticker change...far down the road. They will be a reporting company, too! Lastly, he did say that the company has a few more press releases to share, but he would not give a time frame or subject matter. Don't blame him....that would be illegal. I guess I'll just wait around to see! CJacks
