I just talked to IR, a man named "Gus" (said that that was all I needed to know at this time).

The total number of shares is NOT 75M, as previously posted, but 750M. That's right 750,000,000 shares. Of those, 22% are in the public's hands, so the float is 165,000,000 shares. I asked Gus, "Isn't that a lot of dilution?"

He said no, no for a penny stock. He said the share price was once .25 cents/share with the same number of shares outstanding.

I asked "Is there a web page to get more info on PanAmerican BanCorp?" Answer: "I'm not certain, but I would recommend it."

I asked, "What are the earnings for PanAmerican BanCorp?" Answer: "I don't know that yet."

(Gus is more of a PRWT expert, not a PanAmerican BanCorp expert).

Would someone smarter than me please call Gus. I've been investing for less than a year and don't know if I asked all the right questions, or followed-up on his answers as well as I should.

He is excited about the stock and while he didn't say so directly, my opinion is that he thinks the share price is going higher in price. But I don't know. Isn't a float of 165M shares too much?

TO ANYONE, the intraday graph shows the following spikes
(all numbers approximate as they are read from a graph):

12:15pm $0.09
3:40pm $0.12
3:45pm $0.07

Were these real values, or just mis-keyed numbers?
