We rolled 1/4 of the DIXS float today. Over 300,000 DIXS shares rolled over today, out of a 1.3 million float. A lot of the shares moved around 34 cents, so they are still being held (no day trades). If we can move another 300K shares tomorrow, then we could easily head a lot higher.

Hi Joe, I've been lurking on your thread for quite some time now. I've earned a lot of pennies following some of your picks. I got in DIXS before the bell and I'm glad to see you're in too. Today's job market is the best we've seen in decades. Online job posting is a natural way to attract qualified candidates from across the country.
