1.) I have tried to be as accurate as I can with my assestment and facts concerning the SEC. 2.) I have not tired to mislead anyone at all. 3.) I am learning and will learn everyday the laws of the SEC. 4.) I was caught off guard by the forward split since I do not or rather have not be fortunate enough to be holding a stock that did that. 5.) Now everyone is screaming because they do not understand. 6.) We have a massive naysaying campaign going on and no one is trusting no one. 7.) No one will even bother to read the informative posts of DD. 8.) There is a lot of savvy investors in this one who are trying deparately to educate people of the SEC rules. 9.) I do not care what a company says the SEC rules are what is important. 10.) I am not sure I am right but I am doing the very best I can. 11.) Arbitrage is a reality and so is shorting. 12.) Crossy has a ligitmate point and I am evaluating it and the SEC rules to see if there is a midpoint. 13.) The Plant is under construction and on schedule if not ahead. 14.) DF-144 is real and the testing proves it. 15.) If you are long them you are capitalizing on the confusion. 16.) everything has been verified over and over again. 17.)
