Gary, after having weathered the current storm regarding naysayers and teh like I think we have 2 things which might need our attention: 1) Most importantly is to get rid ot the AUTO-CONVERT clause of the MIDLP this October. This auto-convert is dangerous for holders of all 3 MIDL, MIDLW and MIDLP alike. 2) I personally have a "problem" with the condifentiality agreement regardinx XON. Ok, I perceive this is the way business is done in this area. But how the hell do we find out that XON likes DF-144 ? I mean if it's all confidential, MIDL would not even be allowed to issue a statement regarding plants or JV. This could emerge as a "stealth" product. A product everyone would like but no one is allowed to know about because there is a "confidential agreement" regarding eveyrhing. I know I'm "inflating" this issue but we have to find a way how to contend with it.. best regards CROSSY
