Script numbers for the week ending May 22, 1998.

New scripts 2,344 (down 1.22%)
Refills 3,026 (down 1.72%)
Total scripts 5,370 (down 1.48%)

Well it looks like we are now bottoming out. Only 89 total scripts less than last week and as you know the IMS figures are not 100% accurate. Next week we may still see a decline since May 25th was a holiday and it probably will effect the numbers.

I realize the percentage changes look at odds with the sequential data discussed here. The Paine Webber report doesn't break it down. My guess is that it is pre-Viagra or vs year ago.
