Duncan, didn't the courts already rule on the "attorney-client" privilege when it was claimed for Hillary? I also thought the decision had been appealed and the Supremes declined to hear the case. If I recall correctly the court ruled that Hillary could not claim the privilege because the attorney in question was a government attorney. Further, wasn't there even some discussion of the legality of Hillary using "government lawyers" to help her with the Whitewater investigation? I thought this question had been settled. bp
