Elmer, PW probably upgraded the stock so their clients could sell it for a pop or short it. Sorry for being a cynic, but look at the record of upgrades/downgrades in our sector. You are right about NE being a great company with excellent prospects. However, without out being rude, the market doesn't give a shit at this point. That is all that matters. Think of it this way. If Yahoo can be above $100 with its nearly negative earnings, how low do you think NE can go with it's positive earnings? The trend is down. At this point, that is all I'm concerned with. <H>
