Wes.

Just by reading your last post, I see how the shareholders of
this company must be at the "end of their rope." Never getting
the same answer has to be getting intolerable.

I am faithfully working on the shareholders meeting. I have
a SEC attorney doing all the required paperwork. From what I
understood, it is 10% of the stock to call a shareholders meeting.
There are several Rules and Regulations on how you can call the
meeting. With respect to Airstar Technologies and the nature this
meeting will be called, 10% is what I understand is needed.
I have always been one to play it safe and will have over 10%.
Most of my day is spent on the phone talking with shareholders and
so far, I haven't had one person who has stated they will not attend.

I will keep you posted.

Jayne

Wes;
I really don't have anything to say, except for the fact that it has been over 1 hour and no new postings. Wanted to ensure the trend continued. I know, as Jayne had said, a warp sense of humor!!! I don't know about the rest of you regulars (whose opinion matters!) but the characters at FIG (and I am including Dan L. and Dr. Who in this!!) are just something, aren't they? I know, I can say this because my investment is (was!!) only about $4000. I have already marked that as a total loss. Some of you, I believe it was Saclac, are in this a lot bigger, and I feel bad for you!!

For the hell of it though, I am going to be talking with my lawyer, Jim Miller, and see if he wants to take this on!!

As I have mentioned this before, law suites are not fun, but this one has got enough there (or at least, I hope so)to make it fun!!!

Any takers?

Sam

P.S. I hope there are no typos, as Jayne would get upset with me!!!

**Response from Joe Lanza**

Wes,

I would put my money on David King, a securities attorney. But, if VigLIARolo says 40% , I would believe that he is living up to his name.
