Joe: I want to be FAIR to JV, so let me fill in what he said. First, he was definite that it was 40%; then, when I screamed who put that X#&!@! provision in and when were the by laws amended, he said he thinks* it's 40%, maybe a little less. I only used the word says for brevity. This is only a supposition, but perhaps he did not really know. Wes P.S.: Don't forget you were specific and definite with me when you said 15%, even after I mentioned the by law provision of 10%
