Wes,

I tried to be fair to Joe Vigliarolo, and he played me for a fool. Now here are some SPECIFIC facts.

1. Select switch is 100% owned by Airstar.
2. Where do you think the funds came from to pay expenses? IWIC through Airstar, down to Select Switch.
3. Airstar has a management agreement for $125,000 to pay IWIC, attorney, and expenses like phones, hotel, Joe V's credit card, insurance, interest on the notes, settlements of law suits, and how the hell do I know for sure that Joe V is the only one with access to the check book?

Wes, lets get the picture clear. I am against selling the asset of Select Switch. The cash would not merit the value in my opinion. Secondly, Joe V wants cash to play with. We all get to vote wether or not we want Joe V to run our money or not. The key to the company is Select Switch. I hope I have answered some of your specifics.
