Joe,

From the financial report, it looks like SSI is years away from being profitable, if at all, and reaching profitability will require raising lots of additional cash. It's hard for me to see that happening with AirStar controlling SSI. As things stand, bankruptcy is much more likely to happen than profitability, in my opinion. I say sell SSI, distribute the cash to the shareholders (whatever it is--thity, forty fifty cents per share), and lets end the misery for all of us. TJS

P.S. How many shares of AirStar did you, FIG, IWIC and/or Mario sell during the past 18 months?

P.S.S. As far as you know, what will be the monthly savings to AirStar now that FIG has been dismissed?

Joe:

I want to be clear on some things:

1. Are you saying the $125,000.00 also pays the expenses of Select Switch? SSI's rent, insurance, salaries, etc.? Or is the $125,000.00 only for Airstar/FIG/IWIC expenses, plus the lawsuits, attorney fees? Which notes are you referring to and how much interest? How much has been expended on lawsuits and their settlement in the last 18 months? Specifically.

2. Are you saying JV has complete discretion to utilize the money without a system of audit? What credit card expenses has JV and everyone at Airstar incurred per month this past year?

3. What is JV's current salary? Above salary what "perks" does he have, if any? What amounts are paid to the Directors for their services and expenses? Specifically.

If the current 10Q and, when it is filed, the 10K answer the above satisfactorily, please refer to them and the specific place therein where the answers are given.

However, usually Airstar filings only give aggregate figures and in the present circumstances the shareholders are entitled to very specific figures about the individuals in the company and their use of company funds.

Certainly SSI is Airstar and vice versa. But, it is no secret that Dennis Casey is interested in buying SSI and, as I understand it, does not want Airstar in the picture after that; what reasons would Dennis have to think otherwise?

Who else is going to come forward and provide the capital to get Airstar/SSI really going? Dan L.? So far this is only talk. Anyone else? The current shareholders? Has anyone asked them? Does anyone even think to ask them?

Andy Proctor? He would only consider it if your out. Has anyone asked him? I have. Under proper circumstances he might be interested or could help in providing sources of capital. You listening JV? Anyone?

A lot could be done with MONEY too Joe. Provided someone with smarts, spark, imagination and drive were running the company.

Right now the Balance Sheet is the shits though. This company can't keep going through this internecine battling or we will really be up shit creek without a paddle.

We need a consensus on what we are going to do. Make a deal to get cash, spin off SSI and go into another business with a clean balance sheet and the old or a new management? Keep SSI and raise capital, resolve the lawsuits, restructure management or keep what we have and go on? Sue everyone? WHAT?

This is a forum for the shareholders not the company. What does everyone want to do? The time for a decision may be closer than we think.

Wes

PS: JV you had better not keep silent much longer. Whatever support you have may just fade away. If you really think you are impervious to shareholder desires behind a 40% wall be careful.
