I read this somewhere else on SI, too. And, for the life of me, I can't find it no matter how hard I search. Supposedly there are test stocks that this new rule is being enforced on now. I'd like to watch them to see if their movements are any more predictable. Do you know any more or can you point me anywhere else to look?

Marc-

I'm pretty sure I heard Steve Goldman say it on his thread, From the Trading Desk. (http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/Subject-15612)
I would ask him where he heard it. Also the nasdaq site is worth a try, probably where Steve got it anyway. Darren posted the URL before this post. We'll see if and when they decide to implement the rule. It should make a significant difference I would think. I wonder if the MM's would still use INCA to try to hide size, or if that will become ineffective?
