Don't worry, Chris. We know you are not hypester or liar. When you first post the news I was emotionally shock too. I was thinking exactly what you were thinking but decide not to push the sell button. The reason is that I knew if I did so MMs will take advantage of me. In fact, I believe a lot of people were hurt due to the nose dive 15-20 mins before close. Then the bullet bounce back immediately. It is a lesson for everyone to learn including you and me. The only difference between us is that I was a tiny bit less emotional than you were in the last minute. Anyway, the day is over and I hope you are feeling much better now. My suggestion to you is just for everyone's and your own good. Please don't take it by heart. Be back soon, don't miss the train!

Hey Chris your message hit home with me.
Please don't feel too bad at least your out there doing your DD.
One phrase that comes to mind when I make a mistake that really works for me is
You live and you learn..
Hang in there.
Heres to a better tomorrow.

Don't be too hard on yourself Chris.

This is the stock market, after all. There are no sure things...and all information is not always correct, considering the various sources and differing information to be found.

At least you found info....which is something I haven't been able to do yet, but I took the plunge anyway.

I'm having a helluva time finding anything at all on PRWT, but on the news today alone (not a good investment tool to use....news) I threw all my usual strategies out the windows and went by instinct alone.

Yikes!!!!! Not very good investment strategy is it?

But the price is right, and if something comes out of it....well, we will all be happy campers.

Chris-

Don't worry about it, if your info was correct and the float
was over 150M then that is info the we needed to know. I was
one of the first ones called back and the share count wasn't
known. I had figured 50-80M in the float, I was more worried about
a rev split, which won't happen for awhile.

Remember, never use market orders on especially on larger numberss of shares, the MM's will rape you. The bid only was at .007 for a short time.

Chris, I know I had part to do with that....and I'm sorry. Had a misunderstanding with Gus. We were both wrong, I guess.

As far as your selling goes, NEVER,NEVER,NEVER place market orders on BB stocks. The MM's will screw you. I've had twice that this happened to me...the first time it cost me $8,000 and the second time it cost me $3,000. Do yourself a favor and learn this lesson from the first time and don't let it happen again. Good luck to us all. Ought to be an interesting day.

Chris,
I know that your figures were provided in good faith. If nothing it is an object lesson for us all. BB stocks are highly volatile. Now that we have the internet to communicate, info can be passed immediately, thereby increasing volatility, up or down.
You sold based on your misunderstanding. This should be a clarion call to all. Do your own DD, don't rely solely on others. A call to the company or IR would have clarified the misunderstanding as posted.
Don't hide in a hole, Chris, God knows the mistakes I have made in my life. Think twice before you type. Once it goes into the air , it's like the old story of standing on a mountain, opening a feather pillow, and shaking the contents to the wind. Virtually impossible to retrieve
Best Regards,
Scottoo
