Dave, Steinhardt....Michael Steinhardt. He's an analyst turned hedge fund manager way back in 1967, forming Steinhardt Partners. His record is one of the best, and has a 30% compounded annual growth rate for the past twenty one years since inception. Sounds like he's approaching Buffett's record. He's a long term investor and short term trader; he's as comfortable going short as he is going long. I think he's on my preamble to The Rational Analyst. And as for the indicator part...I agree! I think it's great we're coming around to the same conclusions independently. You're too sharp for me; it took a couple months to get to where you were just back then! Regards, Rainier
