Does anyone know of a service that immediately notifies it's clients within minutes by email of an upgrade or downgrade announcement by a brokerage house? I've been looking but haven't found anything.

INTC 673/8 and composite bounce is good omen for the market, the resistance yesterday was great at 1102 also support held on very well, the way I am looking at my overall configuration of global indexes and composite with DOW SPM I am inclining to think that today we shouls see break of the range. I am expecting a test and probe of 1102 and a close above that. However, if we see this inability to continue we may see 1083 tested again but considering overall critical supports I will only short below 1091 and go long above single day close of 1102. On SOX I will like 673/8 to hold well. TXN VTSS will most likely bounce from somewhere this ballpark region the test of 243 was not made but may be we will see this whole sector lifted if composite bounce of 100 days MA creates momentum which lifts stocks like MOTR MU and others. Russia stability is kind of lifting of a big question mark from the market.
