Gary, interesting aspect You dug up: "The 118,000 of Preferred 'B' (30,000 'B' Converted to 'A') are all insiders 'B' convertible to 'A' or common at any time." This could have been the reason why they did the split on the Preferred "A". Some B were converted to A. This means the share structure was used to the directors' advantage <g>. We were not the only one to profit from the split. Thought so.. but can live with this.. regards CROSSY BTW: thanks for Your kind words.
