Folks a comment on the Form SB-10 that we are expecting any time now. This filing will contain a lot of information on the corporation, information that the big money wants to see and examine before investing in it. I am confident that once they see examine the company's prospects, and as we march on to nasdaq, the big money will start rolling in.

I also want you to realize that we already know much about the company from previous SEC filings, done when they became a BB publically traded company. The business plan they laid out then, a few years ago, has been modified recently because they are now focused on VoIP rather than on streaming video as was the case years ago.

Another thing I expect to find is that the company's restricted shares are tightly held by Jimmy Chin and famlily members. In their last filing, for example, his mother was a large stockholder, and I expect (but do not know) that this is still the case. This means that the restricted shares are in very strong hands, which will bode well for the company's future. The last thing you want in a company is to have the restricted shares in weak hands.

I don't want to make statements that sound ethnic, but this is an admirable quality. Chinese-Americans have strong family bonds, and family ownership of businesses is a strong tradition that has made them successful in business throughout the world.

So I expect to see a strongly held family business, with a strong investor base, and big money rolling in. What a combination!
