Steve, I'm trying to find out more information right now. What I find interesting is that ICG is one of the nations largest CLECS, and the CLEC that I heard that is shopping them is not. ICG is big in tier 2 and 3 cities and has NETCOM. It almost sounds like a WCOM(small fish) taking over a bigger fish (MCIC) scenario. I do know however, that the interested CLEC's parent company is quite large and does have a lot of cash. Right now I can only treat this as sheer speculation, but my gut tells me its more. Rod
