TED, I wonder if that statement even really says that.

I have read it several times now and I can see what they may want implied, but I can also see that it is carefully crafted to not really say all that much.

CSHK is pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between the Company, Zitec International Limited and IntellAgent Control Corporation to establish a working relationship between all three companies.

A working relationship could be as you suggest, but it could well be less. Especially since IntellAgents Control business is geared toward their own product. Now I see IntellAgents' business structure is one of working through local and regional solutions providers. There really aren't that many to my eye that they are working with, but these people are once again looking to be promoting their own services. So not only is Inellagents not obligated to only use the 11th Hour solution, their partners don't seem obligated to push IntellAgents products.

I also found it strange that the Press Release only came from CSHK/Pinnacle. There seems to be no contact person at IntellAgents Controls listed, so maybe this isn't much of a deal for them.

I'm even left to wonder if they even know a Press Release has been made with them mentioned.

Interesting also that the location of IntellAgents Control is freely given, but CSHK once again missed the opportunity to disclose and properly identify Zitec Limited International. Hmmmmm.

TED,

Re: PC licensing. What I've seen in the past with 'single use' PC Software is a license per physical machine, which cannot be de-installed and used elsewhere, usually at a greatly reduced cost compared to the single copy price. Often a product which retails for $40 single copy will be sold for closer to $10 per PC for 100's of PCs. Usually there is a sliding scale where the cost per PC declines with greater number of machines licensed.

Re : order for 40,000.
As I read the PR, the 40,000 order is something of what I've heard called a 'positioning order' for Zitec. Meaning, Zitec is projecting a need for 40,000 copies for resale to IntellAgents and others over the next 90 days. No indication if that number is the result of any marketing study or just something pulled out of a hat.

If my comment is too terse, let me know and I'll try to expand.

Ohh, post 3666!
