Hi ALL: I have contacted the CEO of PanAmerican BankCorp. this afternoon.. He said several options are under consideration re: what to do with existing PRWT shares. Nothing has been decided yet. He did say they will act in the best interest of PRWT shareholders. PanAmerican BankCorp. is located in Hubbart, New York. Please excuse me if I misspelled. They are busy working on . PureWater Science on the merger . Video Interactive on the strategic alliance re: leverage on its technology. . He is working on putting a website together to communicate with us shareholders and general public. Anyone who is familiar with the mortgage business please post information so we can all share on SI.. We are indeed looking at a GROUND FLOOR OPPORTUNITY. I can't believe this is really happening..
