" From CEO ( owner ) of PanAmerican . Very little debt existed in PRWT. It should be a very clean and simple reverse merger. . The reason for the Video Interactive is to leverage technology to minimize overhead costs for his business. " . He and his partners have a combined 45 years of experience in the lending industry. . There is an immense opportunity in Central and South America Lots of jobs have been created because of NAFTA. . PanAm also target market in North America with Video Interactive technology. .
