Why does everyone think the plan will be approved as is with no shareholder lawsuits? Its one thing for ZE to cram it down the common s/h's because the Board was basically beholden to the majority s/h but why should the commons here just roll over quietly? Why not at least a rights/warrants offering a la Mercury? Mercury s/h even have the right to buy in to th esenior at 98 cents on the diollar and preserve some equity. WHy ZERO here??? Did management do such a good job that they have no fear of lawsuits? And what was the sale of the UK all about?? If they would do a BK whynot do a BK with the UK in the mix? Wheres the 90m or so mill left from that sale? WHy not use it to run the business and squeeze the seniors and the converts??
I don't get it? Is this a negotiating ploy? So when they announce warrants the commons will be so happy they wont sue???????????
