Paul, Note that the project wasn't "delayed indefinitely", so the slippage is manageable. Agreed, but the last time Intel slipped on such a big project was the 432 I think it was ;-) ..."who needs that kinda CPU power anyway?", "there ain't no software for this chip", or "the heat sink and fan are way too big - Intel still can't get it right", ... Yes "What - yet another kinda Slot - why can't they fit it into a 486 socket?" Okay that's pushing it ;-) Steve
