Dear Karl: Based on all of these recent announcements: 30 million lines of code, new Y2K testing product, and Hitachi, as well as, the unannounced contracts you and Tedder keep referring to; PTUS should have a nice couple of quarters. It seems that the corner has been turned.

The Telco is AT&T and they will not allow their name to be released in the popular press. If you noticed this morning, there were three people that filed 144 paperwork that says they recently sold 75,000 shares. That is why the stock has not bounced like all of the others. These sales result from the dissolution of a venture capital partnership and these people know nothing about Peritus. They are simply selling anything in their accounts. If you can do simple math, I think that the third and fourth quarters will be huge (both on the top and bottom lines).
