I used expedia this weekend. The only reason I used it is the car rental company I wanted to use redirected me to that site when I clicked on their reservations link. They totally screwed it up, in every way it could be screwed up. I ended up in the middle of nowhere with no car reservation and no way to rent a car from that company. Luckily there was a budget counter, so I got one from them.

Yikes. That sucks. Nothing worse than travel screw-ups.

Was it Expedias fault? I have used them about 10 times and found, by far, the best prices to be had on there. Got an E-Ticket and went. No probs.
