Has anybody figured out what exactly Sprint is doing? What kind of modem they plan to use? What's the deal with Tandy. Most stuff I have ever bought from Radio Shack only lasts a few months at best. Then its an extreme hassle to get them to honor their guarentee.

On another thought, I think that TI's Digital Light Processor will be a huge hit. I think it can replace the very expensive flat panel displays now available, providing they can cheapen the chips fast enough, and that it is bright enough to replace a conventional CRT display. My favorite way to watch TV anymore is to break out my Sharp projector, and watch the movie on a 6 foot slide screen. I bought the thing for my business years ago and retired it recently to my living room. The only problem with it is the brightness. You can't watch movies in normal daylight. With the DLP apparently you can and it will process the new HDTV with no problem. If you have a big enough living room or den apparently you can watch movies as large as your largest wall. What do you think.
