would anyone like to comment on the $500 mil maxtor ipo? will this infusion of dough see invx's belly? any trickle down theorists out there?

i've done a pinch of dd on the dd sector and idc cites that maxtor's recently increased their market share for desktop pc drives from 5.6 to 13.4%, but primarily at the expense of quantum and wdc. i also note that they haven't pulled the trigger on gmr heads yet.
