Carl, I doubt that you find the FP and the G&M write what SH has. They are far too concerned with legal exposure. Since you subscribe to SW, surely you must have noticed that they either promote companies or do "special jobs" on other companies. To suggest that they even remotely can be called journalists is not very serious. With respect to Mr. Carson, I treat his writings as editorials and he certainly has not claimed to be impartial. The reader of VENews knows this. He has had his share of failed predictions in the past, but at least he provides invaluable insight into what is happening in Venezuela. I hope you are not putting Mr. Carson in the same category as SW or Asensio! For the rest, the future will tell us who is right and who is fraudulent. You ask why SW prints their material....the same reason real news organizations do....to attract readers. The material is written in such a manner (don't forget that most readers don't know or care to know anything about KRY) that the uninformed reader is led to believe the material is credible. Certainly no investor would use that material to get background on a company. They may also have other motives which pushes them to such low levels of decency, but I will not speculate here on who their "sponsor(s)" might be. You must know that their "creative writer" has posted on SH under false pretences. He later made that admission. Sound credible to you? What else has he done? As far as my views on KRY go, if you read me at SH you will note that I do NOT subscribe to some of the views expressed there, and have posted my disagreement with views that see KRY as being the keeper of the gate for mining, being a player in oil and diamonds, being the saviour of Venezuela (how insulting to the people of Venezuela!), being involved in IMF financing, and other views (ie. the famous unspecified BIG picture). I have also opposed posts calling for a $100 share price. I still view KRY as a speculative stock, with a fair chance at securing a portion of the Las Cristinas 4&6 concessions. I also continue to hold the view that without L&C 4&6, KRY holds very little value. I believe I have been consistent in my views. I have only reduced my postings as there comes a point where it becomes useless to respond to each and every post with which we might disagree. I have also learned that discussion groups attract people with common interests and the bond between the members and the subject is very strong. People coming along with contrary views are not always welcome by the cheerleaders. The KRY thread has improved very much and there are fewer hypsters showing up. The core membership there has done an excellent job in the past several months. IF you post a sensible question or view, you will be treated with respect. IF you come along with taunts and stupid comments, you will get the treatment you deserve! Whether or not a ruling comes this week, next week or next month, the outcome will take some time to unfold completely, ie. before a single oz of gold is extracted. Their even appears to be some uncertainty about what the ruling is expected to be about, ie. final-end-of-story or next-step-"trial/adminstrative process"!

Listen carefully Carl. It is not suspicion. It is fact. Stockwatch is biased. You can see it in their reportage. I have listened to Marc Oppenheimer's acount of trying to tell his side of the story to them (never reported). We also are privy to many many years of their reporting and John Woods famous personality. There are good inside stories of many a short debacle. Woods is intimately connected to sweet info deals with the VSE. The VSE is not straight. There are many stories about Woods and his gang that in order to avoid lawsuits I won't mention. I believe these stories. Recently we have seen another lawsuit where a connected group, David Baines et al, won a lawsuit over George Chelekis. I don't have a program which tells me who the bad guys are here but believe me you would need one. EC<:-}
