[UPDATE - PRELIMINARY PLAN]. Due to good response, we will probably be setting up reservations at the DoubleTree as it is much less expensive. The preliminary plans include a picnic on Friday night at a really nice park not too far from Carole's and the airport. We will cater in the food but it won't be fancy. Just a time to get together and have fun. Saturday we will be conducting seminars until mid-afternoon - and we have some great ones. Hopefully we will have time for a little visiting later Saturday afternoon and then get ready for dinner on the river boat. Sunday will be golfing, siteseeing, and shopping, etc. We will be sending out a form in the near future that we would like you to fill out. If anyone has any suggestions for alternatives, PLEASE FELL FREE TO VOICE THEM (you can e-mail RADAR, Carole, myself, Theo, or Al Greenleaf - or just post your suggestion on this thread) We know that some plans are still preliminary, but fill out the form anyway if you are considering the trip. I would like the committe to review the form before it is sent. At this time I would also like to THANK Carole for all her hard work. She lives in San Antonio and has done all the work. THANKS CAROLE FOR ALL OF US. As things start progressing, the rest of the committee will step in and help. BTW - we need T-Shirt and hat designs so all you artists out there send in your work. Carole has designed a really cute one. I think we need a web site to display the designs. Sergio - do you suppose we could enlist your boys for this project??? They do such good work!!! Sorry - now the truth about your nice website is out.
