Good morning folks!! One other thing that I forgot to mention; John said that they had a big carry over loss from PRWT which will be a huge tax advantage... He said he couldn't reveal the numbers on the tax write off from PRWT, but any tax write off from the start, is already a move in the right direction... He also said, Visual was attempting to merge with PRWT, but couldn't get their financing together and he already had the money and financing... PanAmerica Banc will be receiving residuals from bringing Visual into the loop. That is also additional revenue!!! When asked about a possible stock buy back, John said, "we are currently pursuing all avenues that will insure shareholder confidence for the long term." He is open to any all suggestions and submitting them to his lawyers, so please give them a call or leave a message on the thread because they will be following it closely for shareholder input.
